Steady Practice
4 sessions per month
A consistent 1:1 space to cultivate a regular personal practice. Through weekly sessions, we work gently and attentively with your individual needs — supporting physical awareness, breath, presence, and inner clarity over time.
This option is ideal if you value continuity and integration while allowing space for reflection between sessions.
Investment: 240 EUR
Deep Practice
8 sessions per month
An immersive 1:1 container for those who benefit from frequent guidance and close support. With two sessions per week, this format allows for deeper continuity, responsiveness, and a practice that becomes part of daily life.
Especially supportive for those seeking steady grounding, nervous system regulation, or a more committed and embodied yogic path.
